Zechra is also the Founder and Executive Director of Beyond BeYoutiful Inc., a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering women and young adult girls to break free from limiting mindsets, heal from the inside out, and walk boldly in true confidence. Through mentorship, education, and community, she creates spaces for transformation and growth.

 

In addition, she is the visionary behind Zechra Radawn Cosmetics, a vegan and cruelty-free matte lipstick and lip gloss line created to enhance not mask the natural beauty of women while celebrating authenticity and self-worth.
